Facility Access & Lease Terms

When you lease a storage facility with us, you gain access to high-capacity tanks, pumping systems, and related terminal infrastructure at our strategic locations in Rotterdam, Hamburg, Antwerp, Jurong, and Houston (via partners). Leases are structured to provide flexibility:

  • Short-term leases: Daily or monthly contracts for trial lifts or temporary storage.
  • Dedicated logistics coordination: Support for CIF/FOB deliveries and port operations.
  • Long-term leases: Annual or multi-year agreements for consistent, high-volume storage needs.
  • Scalable capacity: Tanks are available for volumes ranging from 5,000 m³ to over 500,000 m³, depending on your operational requirements.
